Inkbill Privacy Policy

The short version:

Inkbill has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
We (FreiLabs) do not collect, store or sell any personal information.
Your data stays on your device, or in your own private iCloud if you turn on sync.
The App Store privacy label for Inkbill is “Data Not Collected”.

1. Who we are

Inkbill (the “App”) is developed and published by FreiLabs (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App on macOS, iPadOS and iOS. If you have any questions, contact us at support@freilabs.com.

2. Where your data lives

On your device. Companies, clients, quotes, invoices, saved items and settings are stored locally by the App.
In your private iCloud (optional, Pro). If you turn on iCloud sync, your data is stored in your own private iCloud database, managed by Apple and protected by your Apple Account. We have no access to it.
Files you export. PDFs, backups and CSV files go wherever you choose to save or share them.

3. Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details; the App only checks with Apple whether Inkbill Pro is active on your account.

4. Notifications

Overdue reminders (Pro) are local notifications scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.

5. Your rights

Because we don't process personal data, we hold nothing about you to access, correct or delete. Your data is under your control on your device and in your iCloud, and deleting the App or its iCloud data removes it.

6. Children

Inkbill is a business tool and isn't directed at children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
